Hello Stephen,
I'm so happy to have found your program, specifically the content about easing the iliacus. Iliopsoas advice is plentiful, which I have done, but it focuses so much on psoas. Always just the psoas and iliacus combined to attach to the femur, and are treated as one.
I suspected my pain and SI dysfunction was related to the iliacus but I couldn't find anything to address that specifically. Just a couple sessions with your program and I feel a difference.
And finding your RALF information on the website is helpful too! More information about both, iliacus therapeutic moves, and RALF are appreciated.
Thank you and best wishes to you, Stephen. You are a healer.
