RALF Pattern (Full article at: lower-back-pain-answers.com/the-ralf-pattern.html)

I’m seeing some promising results for the first time in 5 years. The lunge correction is great. I’ve been told my gait disturbance is due to right Psoas tightness but no stretching has ever had any results. My entire pelvis feels rotated left. This stretch seems to have an untwisting effect on my pelvis. Some helpful info would be amount of reps, times a day/ week.

Great to hear you're seeing some results
by: Stephen

Thank you for taking the time to offer some feedback and I'm delighted to hear you're seeing some results.

As for the frequency of this sequence, I typically suggest to clients to shoot for 7-10 reps twice a day.

But always listen to your body.

You can potentially make yourself sore if you overdo it. Your body is undergoing significant re-patterning, so it's essential to allow tie to recover if it feels like you need to pull back a little from this frequency.

Also I will be posting additional sequences soon that are part of the overall protocol.

In the meantime, check out the the hamstring stretches here...

...and give particular emphasis to the LEFT hamstring.

If you could return here to let me know your progress again that would be appreciated.

All the best,
Stephen
