Desk Stretches Helped

My problem started after high kicks. Most probably it happened because I started on a cold body and straight away began kicking with high intensity.

It had been 8 painful months before I saw this post and started doing the desk stretches on this site.

Can't tell you how wonderful I feel today after just 1 week of desk stretching. I've got my walk back to 95%. (I was limping to the office every day... The sad part of working in NYC... You can't drive.)

There is a slight pain left which is nothing compared to what I was going through.

This has been the life changing moment for me. Thanks a lot..!!!!
