1. The Perfect 5 Minute Morning Stretch

I have just created this short routine for subscribers to the Lower Back Pain Answers newsletter.

In the midst of the whirlwind being created by the current pandemic, it's crucial we take care of our bodies every day. Hopefully this short routine will get your day off to a good start!

2. Stress Relief Meditations

On this page you'll find four guided meditations including Mindfulness of Breathing, Mindfulness of the Body, Mindfulness of Emotions and Mindfulness of Thoughts.

The meditations range from 10 to 17 minutes in length and are appropriate for both newcomers as well as experienced meditators. Hopefully these will provide some mental solace during this trying time.

3. Update on pain relief program in development

A new and comprehensive pain relief video program is in development. It will offer significantly greater guidance for relieving all manner of pain in the body than anything I've ever offered before.

The program takes the individual through an easy-to-follow, step-by-step process in order to resolve the three hidden and interlocking roots of unexplained pain:

1. Postural Distortion
2. Paradoxical and Constricted Breathing
3. The Grasping mind, which I also call Second Arrow Mind
