Lower Back Pain for 4 Years

I got pregnant with my daughter 4 years ago and about 8 weeks later my lower back pain started. I was in pain my entire pregnancy, unable to enjoy any of it.

I would go to the grocery store and was unable to stand in line to pay with my cart. I got pregnant with my second daughter when my first daughter was 7 months old and the back pain returned. I've had it ever since.

I can't sit or stand for very long, or go walking for a long period of time. I wake up in the morning with a stiff and painful back. I can't enjoy my kids. I go to the zoo and by the time we get to the zoo from the parking lot my back is already inflamed and i am in pain.

I have to bend forward to stretch my lower back. I've tried 3 doctors from Northwestern, I've seen a chiropractor and a rheumatologist. I currently started taking an anti-inflammatories because the rheumatologist said I might have arthritis in my lower back.

I've had an MRI, X-rays, the whole nine yards, and these tests show nothing but a mild bulging disc. Please someone help me. I need to figure this out, I need to be better. I want to get pregnant with my 3rd child but how can I carry a baby if I can't carry myself?
