I found your web site to be useful and informative. Although I did find the 'fuzz speech' to be a bit graphic - it was a useful reminder of the importance of moving!! I look forward to visiting your site again and navigating my way around the suggested stretches to incorporate into my daily exercise routine. Thank you for the information!

I have wondered if I should place a note prior to the "Fuzz Speech" video alerting visitors that it contained images of cadaver anatomy. Your post makes it clear that I should do that and I will right away.
