Finally the Answer to My Dilemma

by Laura
(Brisbane Qld)

Ten months ago I suffered a lower back injury while bending repetitively. After approximately ten sessions of physiotherapy and rest and gentle regular exercise, as well as twelve weeks of clinical pilates, I am still suffering pain.

I have occasionally gone online to look up information on my symptoms and after reading your website and others I finally believe I have struck the cause of my problem. I have been frustrated all of this time waiting to get back to my usual cardio fitness regime but have been unable.

Now I that I know the true problem I believe I'll be able to solve it with the correct treatment. Soft tissue treatment will be the key. Thank you so much. I don't understand with all the specialists and doctors I have seen over the last ten months why no one suggested the true reason I haven't been able to fully rehabilitate. Thank you so much. Here is to my recovery.

The Reason the Doctors Didn't Tell You
by: Stephen of Lower Back Pain Answers

I'm delighted to hear you've begun to find your way back to health and that my article about Iliopsoas Syndrome was helpful.

I answer in some detail on the Home Page of this site the question you raised in your post.

I invite you to read my article here...

"Why didn't my doctor tell me that?"

And I hope you will supplement the manual therapy treatment you're receiving with a stretching program such at the series I've developed here...

Wishing you the best in your recovery from this problem,

Stephen @ LBPA
